Peter is a Mechanical Technician with Highland Technologies/Canadian Scientific Submersible Facility. During the cruise, he will be performing routine maintenance upon the vehicle, mainly focusing on mechanical and hydraulic systems. He will also be operating the winch for deploying and recovering the ROV, as well as acting as a pilot and manipulator operator.
A Mechanical Engineering Technologist, Peter has worked with ROVs and mechanical systems since 2007. He is a new father, and enjoys playing hockey and snowboarding when not at home in Victoria, BC.
