SOI Sails through Times Square

To close out New York Climate Week, footage from two SOI expeditions in the Galápagos Islands, Hydrothermal Vents of the Western Galápagos and Vertical Reefs of the Galápagos lit up Times Square in September. SOI partnered with Nasdaq and the Charles Darwin Foundation to project 10 minutes of highlights on the Nasdaq building. Passersby were treated to the beautiful deep-sea images of underwater fauna as reminders of the role of the Ocean in combating climate change. You can view the highlights here.
