Rachel is a PhD researcher at UCL in London. She is interested in climate change and uses maps of glacial landforms on the sea floor to investigate how the Antarctic Peninsula ice sheet has changed since the last glacial maximum. This will be her first scientific cruise and she is very excited to have the opportunity to collect new high resolution bathymetric data and to visit such an amazing location as Antarctica!
