Marine biologist and researcher at the Research Department of the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture (INCOPESCA). Graduated in Biology with an emphasis on Marine Resources Management from the National University of Costa Rica. I have worked for the fisheries institute since 2017, mainly in training processes for the fishing sector, fisheries management and planning processes, research projects, and evaluation of fishing resources. Faithful believer that decision-making should be based on science and technology.
