Electronic Engineer and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Concepción, Chile. He works as a development engineer at the Center of Instrumentation for Oceanography (CIO), where he focuses on the development of the next generation of monitoring systems and chemical sensors using artificial intelligence methods. On this cruise, he will deploy the Lander “Lafken” developed in Chile for Deep Ocean exploration.
