Charlotte Tom’s areas of expertise include climate adaptation and resilience, environmental communications, and stakeholder engagement. Her work has involved supporting multidisciplinary projects across the Caribbean through policy/ strategy development, research, project coordination, workshop facilitation, and communications.She has particular experience working on initiatives related to climate finance, ESG, and circular economy development, with an interest in how environmental and social issues intersect within Small Island Developing States. Charlotte also has experience translating technical and scientific information into accessible content for public outreach and stakeholder engagement.Her academic background in environmental science and natural resource management is complemented by skills in visual communication and storytelling, which she applies to sustainability and environmental-focused work. She is especially interested in science communication, public awareness, and strengthening connections between environmental research, policy, and wider audiences.
