Andrew Billings is a mechanical engineer employed at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution since 1998. Andrew primarily works with the Sentry project although he has regular involvement with other projects at the Institution. Andrew has a keen interest in mechanical design as it relates to ocean science problems. Andrew has spent his career creating access to the deep ocean for scientific endeavors.
