Jordan Leite is an oceanographer with a BSc in Oceanography and an MSc in Environmental Oceanography from the. He is currently a PhD student in Environmental Oceanography at the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (UFES) and a researcher at the Marine Geosciences Laboratory (LABOGEO). His research focuses on continental slope sedimentary processes, Quaternary paleoenvironmental reconstruction, and the integration of multibeam bathymetry, high-resolution seismic data, and sediment cores.His background includes experience in the instrumentation, acquisition, processing, and interpretation of bathymetric, oceanographic, geospatial, sedimentological, geophysical, topographic, and stratigraphic data. He has participated in geophysical and oceanographic research cruises and has experience working with sidescan sonar, ROV simulators, and a range of oceanographic instruments. He also has international experience, allowing him to work effectively in multicultural research environments.
