Salvador Manuel Espada-Hinojosa is currently finishing his PhD on symbiosis, the cooperation between different living things, at the University of Vienna, Austria. He obtained a Master in Marine Sciences and another Master in Integrated Coastal Zone Management, both from the University of Cádiz, Spain. He is a partner in a family fried chicken business in Málaga. He is involved in grassroots conservation movements, leading consumer-side agroecology initiatives.
